Optoelectronics Laboratory has a primary focus on the simulation and fabrication of semiconductor devices, which are essential components in various modern technologies. 

With a team of dedicated researchers and professionals, the laboratory combines expertise in materials science, physics, and engineering to push the boundaries of what is possible in the realm of optoelectronics and nanoelectronics.

The laboratory values collaboration and has established partnerships with renowned institutions, including IIT Kanpur, IIT Indore, UGC DAE-CSR Indore, NIT Surat, NIT Patna, and NIT Srinagar. These collaborations enable the group to carry out various research activities.
